My name is Denis, I am 52 years old, and I live in the Marseille region near Aubagne with my two children. I am a travelling maintenance technician in the medical sector, hence my many road trips between the Italian and Spanish borders.

What was your main motivation for using Cocolis?

Initially, I was already doing parcel carpooling occasionally for friends; I used to transport windsurf boards because it was difficult to find a suitable offer.

My friends therefore asked me to do parcel carpooling and to transport their windsurf boards.

What routes do you travel frequently? On what occasions?

I regularly do Nice/Montpellier and Montpellier/Nice, about once or twice a week. I also go to Perpignan and Monaco from time to time.

What vehicle do you use to transport furniture and parcels?

A Volkswagen Passat estate.

How did you hear about Cocolis?

By searching for parcel carpooling on Google, I found your site. I am also registered on Colis Voiturage, but it is not as good as Cocolis because Cocolis offers a price to senders.

What is the most unusual item you have transported?

It was an incense burner (an object that allows you to diffuse scents, a bit like some air fresheners today). It belonged to a retired person who buys old items to resell them.

Yes, with this retired person, and another lady who breeds frogs.

Are you sensitive to environmental issues?

Yes, I am sensitive to environmental preservation, but my main motivation is to transport fragile and cherished items, because professional carriers do not always pay enough attention to them.
