Cocolis and safety
Cocolis offers insurance to protect your items up to €5,000 during transport. The insurance covers breakage and theft that may occur during transport. Last year, only 0.002% of deliveries resulted in an insurance claim with our insurer. Our service is super reliable!

To send a parcel, simply post a free ad that will be visible via our search engine to users with a planned journey. For privacy reasons, we won't display your surname on the site. Only your first name and the initial of your surname will be shown, whether on your ad or in private messages.
Go to the ad posting form and fill in the details of the item to be sent.
You're looking at a parcel ad and want to offer to deliver it? Click on the ad, then on the "Offer my services" button.
Choose the amount you want to offer and write your message, then click "Send your message".
That's it! Your contact will reply very soon!

Attention!
The shop owner status on Cocolis does not allow you to offer your services as a co-transporter.
However, if you want to make deliveries, you can create a second account as an individual.
The insurance covers any accidental, unintentional, unforeseeable damage from an external cause; as well as theft.
The cover applies with no excess, provided the items are not excluded (see insurance conditions) and have been packed securely for safe transport. While Cocolis allows you to transport all kinds of items more flexibly and cheaply than traditional solutions, not protecting an item properly greatly increases the risk of damage during transport.
To open a claim, you must provide at least 3 photos to:
Prove the item's condition before transport,
Show that the packaging was sufficiently protective and suitable for the fragility of the item (box, bubble wrap, etc.),
Show the item's condition after transport.
Without this, an insurance claim cannot be processed.

Please note, if your item is transported without payment via the Cocolis site and an accident or theft occurs, it will not be covered. Payment on the site is your security, and by bypassing the site, you risk not being compensated in case of a problem.
