We therefore ask you not to post an ad for the transport of goods included in this list. As a carrier, please refuse any shipment containing prohibited items.
Our moderation team works daily and carefully to validate your ads. However, it may happen that unauthorised items are added at the last minute.

Your vigilance is the first guarantee of a safe delivery. Even though we are constantly working to provide you with a secure and reliable service, nothing can replace your vigilance and unfortunately Cocolis cannot substitute for it!
Check, refuse, report
When you collect an item via Cocolis, remember that you assume full responsibility for it. That’s why we stress the importance of being vigilant and checking the contents of the shipment from the outset. We also recommend that you refuse any parcel that does not match the initial description and report any suspicious ad to us.
In the event of a dispute with another user, Cocolis can provide information proving that you were not in contact before being put in touch on the site. This information includes: name, surname, age, phone, email, date of birth, place of residence, registration date on the site, dates of exchanges, and, if applicable, booking date.
