A wave of freshness and new features on Cocolis!
2 July 2021

The Cocolis News for June!
As you know, your satisfaction is our motivation! That’s why we’re constantly working to bring you new features on Cocolis to make your deliveries and parcel shipments easier.
And we don’t do it just any old way!
It’s thanks to your feedback, suggestions, and sometimes even your complaints that we improve your experience on the Cocolis website day after day.
For this month of June, we’re proud to present three major new features.
In Delivery – Key Information at a Glance
This is one of June’s new features that will make your life easier on Cocolis!
You may have already noticed, we now display key information in the ad boxes so you have all the details you need at a glance. No need to enter the conversation or check the full ad to find the information you need.
For senders:
If you have ads currently in delivery, you can now easily find your co-carrier’s first name and contact details directly in the ad box, without having to enter the conversation or view the full ad.
For co-carriers:
Important information such as contact details and both the pick-up and delivery addresses are now visible from your Dashboard or in the “Deliveries” section of your Cocolis account.
Clever, isn’t it?
Here’s a quick preview of this change, from the sender’s side:
A New Cocolis Transport Slip
What is a transport slip?
The transport slip is a very important document when you’re sending or carrying an item yourself via Cocolis.
Didn’t know that?
Well, it’s essential! And you’d be wrong to go without it, as it certifies the detailed list of your shipment, the condition of the goods, and the quality of their packaging/protection. In the event of a claim, you’ll be asked for it to open an insurance file.
This new Transport Slip is:
- Easier to find (it’s online, right here)
- Easier to fill in (just a few questions!)
But also:
- You can now easily add photos of the goods and their packaging
- Saving, downloading, and printing it takes less than a minute.
- None of the data you enter is stored by Cocolis
So don’t hesitate, use our New Transport Slip as much as you like!

New in the “Available Carriers” Tab
If you’re a sender on Cocolis, you probably know the “Available Carriers” tab, which lists carriers who have indicated they’re making the journey you’re looking for.
This tab lets you send them a message via the Cocolis messaging system. But sometimes, after clicking on a carrier in the list to contact them, writing your message, and sending it, when you return to the list, the carriers appear in a completely different order. It’s a bit annoying if you’d spotted another carrier you wanted to contact and they no longer appear (we know, it’s happened to us too!).
Good news! From now on, this won’t happen anymore. We’ve improved this tab so it always shows co-carriers in the same order. This way, you’re free to contact as many carriers as you like, without ever losing track!
And Even More New Features on Cocolis…
Even though we’re presenting three major new features for June today, we’re constantly improving lots of little things on the site! You may have already noticed other new features on Cocolis, whether big or small 😉
