We met Nathalie, a former Blablacar user who switched to parcel carpooling and is sharing her experience with Cocolis.

How did you discover Cocolis?

I found the site by chance on the internet.

What do you think of the concept?

It's brilliant, I used Blablacar a lot before I had my van, but now I only use Cocolis because it helps me cover my fuel costs and there are far fewer time constraints.

Can you estimate the savings you've made since using Cocolis.fr?

It's hard to say, but I live in the Var and I've already travelled several times to the North, financing a good part of my fuel costs thanks to Cocolis.

Do you have a little anecdote to share with us? About a delivery? An unusual item?

Not about an item, but more about the people I've met, especially a gentleman who makes industrial furniture. I delivered a piece of furniture for him, I liked his work so much that I ordered one for myself. Otherwise, I once delivered a piece of furniture for a user, and when I arrived, the people who were supposed to help unload weren't there, so I had to help. It took us an hour to get the furniture upstairs, but it was fun, we had a good laugh.

Do you have any recommendations for us regarding the use of the site? Which aspect(s) of the site should we improve?

I'm looking forward to the launch of the Cocolis app to make it easier to communicate with other members of the site!
