Developed by the Government, clique-mon-commerce.gouv.fr is aimed at shopkeepers, artisans, hospitality and restaurant professionals who want to digitise and quickly develop an online business.

This platform offers digital solutions for small businesses, certified by the Government, to create a website, set up a logistics/delivery or remote payment solution, or join an online marketplace highlighting local shops.

On 28 October 2020, the President of the Republic decided to take measures to reduce contacts and travel to the strictest minimum throughout the country by establishing a lockdown from 30 October to at least 1 December. Following this announcement, travel remains possible until Sunday 1 November for people returning from holidays and for those who are authorised and have a certificate.

After 2 November, the Cocolis platform remains open for journeys that comply with official guidelines, which you can find here or there.

Health precaution measures for contactless delivery.

You know as well as we do the importance of protective measures and precautionary measures to apply at this time. That’s why it’s important that you follow these health precaution measures for contactless delivery, imposed by the government, during your transport, to fight against COVID-19.

• The delivery person notifies the recipient of their arrival (by knocking or ringing).
• The delivery person leaves the parcel on the doorstep and immediately steps back at least 1 metre from the door, before the customer opens the door.
• They can leave the parcel on the doorstep or make sure, from a distance, that the parcel has been received by the customer.
• The aim is not to be in close contact and, in particular, not to hand over the parcel directly from hand to hand.
