We have implemented member identity verification to make our community safer and to give you greater peace of mind when sending parcels or transporting an item for another member.

How do I verify my identity?
If you are already a member, click on this link and take a photo or upload an existing photo of a valid ID (identity card, passport, etc.) from your mobile device or computer.
If you are not registered, it's here! During registration, you will be asked to send us your valid ID electronically.
The information contained in the identity documents submitted to Cocolis during identity verification is governed by our privacy policy and transmitted via SSL (the same secure encryption used by websites to transmit payment data).
This information is used solely to verify the identity of members who register on the site, and is never shared with third parties or displayed on the site.
