How did you discover Cocolis?

I bought a gate on Le Bon Coin but had no one to transport it, so I searched online and came across Cocolis.fr by chance.

What do you think of the concept?

Really good, the transport costs are reasonable and well proportioned considering the size of the item I needed to have delivered.

What types of items have you had delivered by Cocolis?

It was for a gate, so a suitable vehicle was needed to transport such an item.

Can you estimate the savings you made by using Cocolis instead of a professional carrier to transport these items?

I paid €24 through Cocolis and I think I would have paid between €60 and €80 with a professional carrier. So for my shipment, using Cocolis was about three times cheaper.

What did you think of the drivers who delivered your items?

Very good, he responded quickly and the transport went very smoothly.

Was your item delivered quickly?

On time and as agreed.

Do you have any recommendations for us regarding the use of the site? What aspect(s) of the site should we improve?

I was the recipient of the gate, so the individual who did the delivery had to collect it from the person who sold it to me. However, the seller asked for proof, a kind of collection slip, to be sure they were handing the item to the right person. I therefore think it would be useful to provide a document, available online, allowing the driver to prove their identity when the sender is not the person who posted the ad on Cocolis.fr.
