📆 This Week’s News on Cocolis (12/06/20)

12 June 2020

We invite you to discover the most notable updates and bug fixes we have implemented this week on Cocolis.

Thank you to Cocolis users who helped us identify these needs, and thanks to the Cocolis teams who contributed to these topics! 🙂

1/ Change in logic on the search page

Thanks to your feedback, we identified an issue with the logic on the Cocolis search page. This has now been fixed.

Option 1: you want to see parcels going to a city

For example, if you are looking for parcels going to Lyon. You enter “Lyon” as the arrival city. We then show you on the page the departure point of parcels going to Lyon.

Option 2: you want to see parcels leaving from a city

For example, if you are looking for parcels leaving from Lyon. You enter “Lyon” as the departure city. We then show you on the page the destination point of parcels leaving from Lyon.

We hope you’ll be pleased with this change!

2/ Republishing listings automatically brings them to the top of the list

A new rule has been put in place on Cocolis: from now on, listings put back online after a cancellation are brought back to the top of the list.

This way, your listing will have a better chance of quickly finding another carrier!

It’s automatic and it’s free. Take advantage of it!

3/ Removal of badges for archived messages

Several of you reported this bug: even after archiving a conversation, the red badge indicating a new message continued to appear.

This is now fixed.

If you think the issue is not resolved on your account, please contact our customer support (contact@cocolis.fr).
