Why Cocolis? In 2014, Eliette Vincent wanted to buy a second-hand chest of drawers on Leboncoin that was 200 km from her home, for her daughter. But she couldn’t find a cheap transport solution and the sale didn’t happen.
But from the problem came an idea... That chest of drawers could have been transported in a car!
Millions of French people have adopted carpooling, so why not parcel carpooling? That’s how Cocolis was born: individuals who take advantage of a trip to make a delivery.
For the traveller, a simple way to make their vehicle profitable. For the customer, a friendly and cheaper transport. It’s win-win!

After each transaction, Cocolis users are invited to give a rating and review about their contact (sender, recipient or transporter). This rating system allows every member of the community to be evaluated and helps create a network of trust.
You can view each user's reviews on their profile.
Transactions take place in several steps:
1. You offer your services on a listing. In some cases, you can agree on the price and delivery date with the poster. The money paid by the poster is held until delivery.
2. On the day of delivery, the recipient gives you a code. You confirm delivery by entering this code on the chat page, or the poster confirms delivery directly from their Cocolis account.
3. The money becomes immediately available in your Cocolis wallet. You can request a transfer at any time via the "My payments" section of your account.
To search for a parcel along your route, follow these simple steps:
1. Visit the search page with all active listings.
2. Select the listing for a parcel that interests you.
3. Click on the listing, then on the "Offer myself" button.
