Cocolis is a co-delivery solution. Our goal is to find a carrier who is passing near your pick-up and delivery points to deliver your item. This matching process can take a few days. We promise, it’s worth the wait!

As soon as a carrier is found, you will have their contact details to get in touch. We encourage you to write or call them to discuss the final delivery arrangements or to confirm your availability for the agreed time slot. Good communication is the key to a successful co-delivery!

Many carriers are private individuals with busy lives. They do their best to reply as quickly as possible. Don’t hesitate to space out your contact attempts or leave your details so they can call you back. And if you still don’t get a reply, contact us at

Contact your carrier as soon as possible to arrange a new pick-up or delivery slot. Some carriers may be flexible with their travel plans. If no agreement is reached, it’s essential to contact us at 

[email protected]. If the item has not been picked up, we can look for another carrier. If the item has already been picked up, you will need to allow the carrier to deliver to you or to one of your neighbours.

Cocolis offered the sender or recipient 3 delivery slots, taking into account the unavailability provided. All proposals were declined. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to carry out this co-delivery. We invite you to make a new request when both sender and recipient have more availability.
