Post your ad
Indicate what you are sending, the departure and arrival locations. Cocolis suggests a price based on the volume and distance.
Receive offers
You receive offers from people making the journey. You communicate directly with them and book a space in their vehicle.
Confirm receipt
The transporter is paid when you confirm the safe receipt of the item. All profiles are verified and we offer insurance.
Your parcels are protected and insured!
Only 0.002% of deliveries have resulted in an insurance claim with our insurer. For the rest, our insurance covers breakage and theft. Cocolis offers insurance to protect your goods up to 5,000 euros.

To send a parcel, simply post a free ad that will be visible via our search engine to users of the site with a planned journey. For privacy reasons, we will not display your surname on the site. Only your first name and the initial of your surname will be shown, whether on your ad or in private messages.
Go to the ad posting form and fill in the details of the item to be sent.
You can edit your ad as much as you want before booking.
It's very simple, once logged into your Cocolis account:
Go to "My ads"
Click on the relevant ad
Click on the "Details" tab
Edit the elements you want by clicking on the pencil
Don't forget to save your changes by clicking Save
Only confirm delivery when you are sure it has been completed.
As a sender, you can confirm delivery via your account:
Log in to your personal space. Go to your ad, and click on the conversation with your carrier.
Click on "Confirm delivery" at the bottom of the page to trigger payment to the carrier. Please note, this operation is irreversible!
If you are the recipient of the parcel, you will have received a 4-digit code by SMS. Simply give this code to your transporter so they can confirm delivery.
This code is also available in the conversation with the carrier.
Attention, the code should only be given once delivery is complete.
Above all, don't forget to leave a review and rating for your carrier!
An item that arrives damaged because it was not sufficiently protected will not be covered by our insurance.
ℹ️ Sufficient protection means, for example, a blanket securely fastened around a piece of furniture with strong tape, covering its entire surface to prevent scratches from rubbing. For fragile furniture (marquetry, marble, etc.), add a layer of wadding or bubble wrap underneath. Or, bubble wrap around jars of jam, well wedged in a crate or box to prevent them from breaking in case of impact.
⚠️ Please note, packaging is the responsibility of the owner of the item.
It is up to you, as the sender (or recipient if you use Cocolis to have an item sent to you), to ensure the packaging is sufficiently protective.
Also inform the carrier about the nature of the item. Is it fragile? Heavy? Bulky?
