Sometimes, people confuse us with a parcel delivery company that is very different from Cocolis but has a similar name: "Colicoli".
Usually, these people are looking to contact the customer service of "Colicoli".
We are indeed two separate and very different companies!
We do not yet work with Amazon. We do not deliver any parcels for Shein, Aliexpress or other similar sites. We prefer to work with shopkeepers, artisans and especially second-hand actors who share our values.
Customer Service
The Cocolis Customer Service is very responsive whether by email or by phone, so you often end up contacting our teams instead of contacting the “Colicoli” customer service.
Unfortunately, our teams will not be able to help you if your tracking number starts with FRCC, CC or YT because it seems these references correspond to Colicoli tracking numbers. As two separate companies, our teams will not be able to assist you with an order that concerns another company.
Similarly, when you call our number, you will reach the Cocolis phone contact and not the Colicoli phone contact.
