The mapping of impact startups

It’s the month of good news! After the labelling of the 50 mobility solutions for our regions, we are very happy to announce that Cocolis is part of the Mapping of Impact Startups.
Impact startups in France
In France, there is a growing awareness, especially in consumption habits. This is also visible in the political and legal fields, with the creation of investment funds and legislation in favour of ecological and social transition, among others.
Many startups are emerging with the aim of having a positive impact on society and the environment. They are called Impact Startups. They address the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. These goals take into account the economic, environmental, and social challenges of sustainable development, all in a balanced way.
Bpifrance Le Hub and France Digitale have joined forces to offer a representative vision of this thriving ecosystem.
The mapping in a few figures:
- A group of 727 French startups meeting one or more of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
- The majority were created less than 5 years ago.
- In total, we have created more than 17,800 jobs in France.
- €4.4 billion raised, or €9 million on average among the 66% that have raised funds.
Cocolis is one of them!
Cocolis addresses sustainable development challenges through its operations. Ecologically, we use vehicles that are already on the road, and therefore reduce CO2 emissions.
Economically, we increase drivers’ purchasing power by helping finance part of their car budget. We also offer a cheaper delivery solution for shippers.
Finally, we promote the development of the circular economy for bulky products. We partner with platforms such as La Reboucle, Orches’troc, and other small second-hand dealers. The aim is to offer a more responsible delivery method.
