As a carrier, simply search for parcels along your route or post your journeys in advance. As soon as a listing matches, you receive a real-time alert and can make an offer.

You are on a parcel listing and want to offer the sender to deliver it? Click on the listing then on the "Make an offer" button.
Choose the amount you want to offer and write your message, then click on "Send your message".
That's it! Your contact will reply very soon!
To search for a parcel along your route, go to the search page which lists all active ads.

The payment process takes place in several steps:
The sender pays on Cocolis. The money is held until delivery.
On the day of delivery, the recipient gives you a code. You confirm the delivery by entering this code on the conversation page, or the sender confirms the delivery directly from their Cocolis account.
The money will be automatically transferred to your bank account. You can track the transfer by going to the “My Payments” section of your account.
Whether your journeys are one-off or regular, we strongly recommend that you set up an alert for your future journeys; this will allow us to send you a notification via our mobile app or by email as soon as a parcel request appears on your route.
So you no longer have to search for the parcel that will fund part of your transport costs before each journey.

To prevent abuse and allow everyone to make their journeys pay with Cocolis, we have set certain restrictions. For individuals, the number of offers per day and the number of ongoing bookings are limited.
How can I make an offer again?
If you have reached the maximum number of offers, come back 24 hours later to make an offer again.
If you have reached the limit of simultaneous ongoing deliveries, you can make an offer again as soon as you have completed your current deliveries.
